Church is Open (mostly)

Since mid-March, the COVID-19 has caused many churches to limit their assemblies – some have even had to cancel all meetings. Here in St. Louis County we were limited to less than 10 people per meeting room. Those requirements have been eased for churches in the St. Louis County.

According to statements that can be read at the St. Louis County website, religious assemblies may have as many as 25% of the building’s occupancy limit. For Solid Rock Baptist Church, that means we have room for our church family and several guests as well.

But we must still be vigilant against the spread of germs. We will continue to practice social distancing, refrain from passing the offering plate, and encourage hand washing after leaving the assembly.

For those of you who are ready to come back to church, I am looking forward to welcoming you in our assembly.

We will continue to make our live webcast available for anyone who wishes to watch from home.

See you soon!
